A group of professionals hopes to open a co-working space in downtown Cary, and Holly Springs town officials are negotiating with the owner of Mojo Coworking in Asheville to open a space in their downtown police station when police relocate later this year.
The Cary Town Council on Feb. 12 unanimously agreed to pay $2.2 million to Fred Smith Company to build what will be known as Carpenter Park at the corner of Morrisville Carpenter Road and Louis Stephens Drive.
