Donate non-perishable food to the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, July 19, at Havana Grill, 404 W. Chatham St., Cary.
Firewürst, which has two restaurants in Cary, is raising money for the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina with the 10,000 for 10,000 Summer Hunger Campaign. Firewürst will donate $10,000 of the proceeds from the sale of 10,000 hot dogs during July to the food bank’s Stop Summer Hunger Campaign.
Participating Chick-fil-A restaurants in Cary will collect donations for the Urban Ministries of Wake County food pantry with the Christmas in July canned food drive from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 24, and Friday, July 25.
