Newly branded buses to be in Cary
Revamped buses with the Raleigh, Durham and Triangle Transit systems will stop in Cary’s Town Hall Campus, Wednesday, March 25, from 10 to 11:30 a.m.
The buses, lined up on Ambassador Loop Road, are part of the new Go Transit regional rebranding effort. The buses will have the new “GoRaleigh” (formerly CAT), “GoDurham” (DATA) and “GoTriangle” (Triangle Transit) labels.
Cary’s C-Tran buses will have the “GoCary” brand in 2016. Chapel Hill Transit has yet to decide if it will be known as GoChapel Hill.
Starting March 25, the services will be known as GoTransit, though the systems will continue to be individually maintained. For details, go to www.gotransitnc.com. From staff reports
