Charles Ritter: Good vs. bad fracking legislation

Fracking pits will be more numerous and dangerous than coal ash pits because undisclosed toxic fracking liquids will flow downhill easier than coal ash into the Jordan Lake reservoir and its tributaries, contaminating livestock, crops and the drinking water for western Wake County.
