Chapel Hill bond would fund town priorities

Chapel Hill residents have an opportunity this fall to consider a bond referendum, which is on the Nov. 3 ballot. Voters will decide whether to authorize the town of Chapel Hill to issue up to $40.3 million in general obligation (G.O.) bonds to fund public improvements throughout the community.
