Vista Wood: Home is where the buffalo roam

The small herd grazes contentedly on hay just inside a fence at Vista Wood Buffalo Ranch north of Hillsborough. Some of the hay clings to the bushy tops of their massive heads, especially the bull that stands out for its larger mop of curly, brown hair.
