Chapel Hill

• Theartris Delon Feaster, 39, of 361 Tall Oaks Road Apt A was charged Aug. 6 with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine and felony sell or deliver of cocaine and felony conspiracy to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, police reported.
• Brian Lee Walker, 34, of 2300 Buckhorn Road, Mebane was charged Aug. 6 with felony sell or deliver of cocaine, felony possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine and felony conspiracy to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, police reported.
• Nicholas Alexandre Varchenko, 27, of Chapel Hill was charged Aug. 6 with felony habitual larceny, felony failure to appear on a felony and misdemeanor resisting arrest, police reported.
• Charlie Levone Brown Jr., 24, of 118 Zoia Lane, Hillsborough was charged Aug. 2 with felony possession of cocaine and misdemeanor possession of marijuana, police reported.
• Rodney Dale Ray Jr., 25, of 200 Westminster Drive Apt A4 was charged Aug. 2 with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine, felony possession of cocaine, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor resisting a public officer, police reported.
• Vernon Hodges III, 25, of 353 South Estes Drive was charged Aug. 1 with felony breaking and entering and felony possession of cocaine, police reported.
• Tracy Allen McCauley Jr., of 800 Pritchard Ave. Apt C4 was charged Aug. 1 with felony obtaining property by false pretense, police reported.
• Roosevelt Nmn Jones, 58, of 222 Oak St. Raleigh was charged July 28 with felony obtaining property by false pretense and misdemeanor larceny, police reported.
• Adam Muhammed Abdur-Rahman, 27, of 124 Estes Drive Ext., Carrboro was charged July 28 with felony manufacturing a schedule VI controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, police reported.
• Police reported break-ins to a business on the 400 block of West Rosemary Street July 27 in which a hole was cut in the roof in an attempt to enter and to a home on the 400 block of South Merritt Mill Road July 26 in which a window was broken in with a chair.

Carrboro

• Robert Burnette, 52, was charged Aug. 1 with two felony counts of obtaining property by false pretense, police reported.
• Prentiss Alonzo Cheek, 46, was charged Aug. 1 with felony identity theft and misdemeanor resisting a public officer, police reported.
• Police reported a burglary on the 100 block of Fidelity Street around 2:20 a.m. Aug. 4 in which a resident found two subjects in the home who upon discovery, fled.
• Police reported a break-in to a residence on the 100 block of River Creek Place between Aug. 6 and Aug. 7.
• Jerry Lynn Cain, 52, was charged July 30 with felony larceny, police reported.
• Hnin Wai Mar, 24, was charged July 28 with felony assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, misdemeanor simple assault and misdemeanor resisting a public officer, police reported.
• Pamela June Calderone, 34, was charged July 28 with felony obtaining property by false pretense, felony financial card theft and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, police reported.

Hillsborough

• Ricky Paul Overman Jr., 24, was charged Aug. 6 with two felony counts of larceny and felony breaking and entering, police reported.
• Harold Maximilian Fischer, 45, was charged Aug. 5 with felony attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon, misdemeanor assault by pointing a gun and misdemeanor second-degree trespassing, police reported.
• Shad Victor Light, 37, was charged Aug. 2 with felony failure to register as a sex offender and felony failure to report a new address as a sex offender, police reported.
• Jamall Andrew Alston Sr., 36, was charged Aug. 5 with four felony counts each of sell or deliver of cocaine and felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver cocaine, five felony counts of felony maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for a controlled substance and two felony counts of possession, manufacture, sell or deliver of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, police reported.
• Police reported break-ins to a residence on the 5100 block of Schley Road Aug. 7 in which an attempt to enter was made and to a home on the 3400 block of Alice Street Aug. 5 in which the back glass door was shattered to enter and steal belongings.
• James Arthur Rudy, 18, was charged July 30 with felony breaking and entering a place of worship, felony larceny after breaking and entering, two counts of felony breaking and entering a motor vehicle and felony possession of burglary tools, police reported.
• Jared Lee Mcadoo, 23, was charged July 30 with felony probation violation, police reported.
• Jonathan Patrick Jaggers, 18, was charged July 30 with felony breaking and entering a place of worship, felony larceny after breaking and entering, two counts of felony breaking and entering a motor vehicle and felony possession of burglary tools, police reported.
• Lauren Michelle Crank, 32, was charged July 30 with felony probation violation, police reported.
• Herald Maximilian Fischer, 45, was charged July 28 felony failure to appear on a felony, police reported.
• Police reported break-ins:

- to two churches on the 100 block and the 1600 block of New Sharon Church Road July 30.

- to a locked church on the 100 block of Horizon Place July 30.

- to an unlocked structure on the 5600 block of Old N.C. 10 July 27 in which a riding lawn mower was stolen.
