Voters returned incumbent members Barry Jacobs and Earl McKee to the Orange County Board of Commissioners in Tuesday’s Democratic primary.

Board Chairman Jacobs had 10,680 votes in the at-large race to 4,974 votes for challenger Bonnie Hauser.

In the District 2 race, Vice Chairman Earl McKee had 4,041 votes to 2,648 votes for challenger Mark Marcoplos.

The winners are unopposed in the Nov. 2 general election. District 1 candidates – Democrat Mia Burroughs and Republican Gary Kahn – did not face primary opposition and will compete in November to replace retiring District 1 Commissioner Alice Gordon.
