Ladarren Deshawn Parker, 18, of 1008 N. Guthrie Ave., Durham was charged June 22 with felony assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury and misdemeanor resisting arrest, police reported.

• Ladarren Deshawn Parker, 18, of 1008 N. Guthrie Ave., Durham was charged June 22 with felony assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury and misdemeanor resisting arrest, police reported.
• Nicole Lauren Weatherspoon, 24, of 500 Umstead Drive Apt 203A was charged June 20 with felony larceny, police reported.
• James Calvin Leggett III, 27, of 1105 N.C. 54 Apt Q3 was charged June 18 with two felony counts of breaking and entering a vehicle, two felony counts of larceny of a credit card, felony larceny of a motor vehicle, two misdemeanor counts of larceny and two misdemeanor counts of credit card fraud, police reported.
• Brandon Shamar Townsend, 21, of 3515 Varina Drive, Durham was charged June 18 with felony first-degree murder and felony first-degree attempted murder, police reported.
• Brian Keith Farrington, 43, of 235 Grist Mill Drive, Franklinton was charged June 16 with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, police reported.
• Tracy Laura Goncalves, 41, of 827 Saluda Street was charged June 15 with felony larceny by an employee, police reported.
• Clifford Allen Gunderson, 23, of 2017 Torrington St., Raleigh was charged June 15 with felony assault by strangulation, felony first-degree sexual offense, felony kidnapping and misdemeanor assault on a female, police reported.
• Michael Bradley Cox, 31, of 4 Warm Sunday Way, Mechanicsburg, Pa. was charged June 14 with felony breaking and entering, felony breaking a coin/currency machine and felony possession of burglary tools, police reported.
• Police reported the theft of an automobile from the driveway of a residence on the 200 block of Chateau Place between the late-night hours of June 22 and early morning of June 23.
• Police reported break-ins:

- to a home on Friar Lane June 24 in which the backdoor was forced open and jewelry, electronics and alcohol stolen.

- to a residence on the 2500 block of Booker Creek Road June 23 in which a blunt object was used to force entry and steal prescription drugs.

- to a residence on the 900 block of North Columbia Street June 15 and at a business on the 1100 block of N.C. 54 June 14.

Carrboro

• Mortaz Lorenzo Pride, 20, was charged June 24 with felony breaking and entering, felony larceny after breaking and entering and felony larceny of a motor vehicle, police reported.
• Police reported a break-in to a residence on the 100 block of BPW Club Road June 20.
• Daniel James Hepp, 20, was charged June 18 with felony probation violation, police reported.

Hillsborough

• Michael Lamont Eubanks, 39, was charged June 26 with felony habitual felon, police reported.
• Clyde Franklin Magnum III, 27, was charged June 26 with felony failure to appear on a felony, police reported.
• Christine Frances Cachel, 44, was charged June 25 with felony larceny.
• Nicole Alexandrea Murray Taylor, 20, was charged June 25 with felony breaking and entering, felony larceny of a firearm and felony larceny after breaking and entering, police reported.
• Warren Ray Pittman, Jr., 48, was charged June 25 with felony breaking and entering a motor vehicle, felony fleeing to elude arrest with a motor vehicle, misdemeanor larceny and misdemeanor resisting a public officer, police reported.
• Ashante Artis Freeman, 22, was charged June 17 with felony probation violation, police reported.
• Peter Sam Jacobs, 34, was charged June 17 with failure to appear on a felony, police reported.
• Police reported the theft of several pit-bull breed dogs, valued at $27,500, from a kennel on the 1000 block of Spike Road June 7 between 2:30 a.m. and 5:30 a.m.
• Police reported a break-in to a business on the 7500 block of Schley Road June 23 in which an umbrella was used to break a window in an attempt to gain entry.
• Police reported break-ins to a home on the 4000 block of Murphy School Road near Durham County June 19 and a residence on the 600 block of Dimmocks Mill Road June 16.
