Pickleball

Optimist Club

The Optimist Club of Chapel Hill meets at 5:30 p.m. on the first, second and third Wednesdays of the month at the Bob Evans restaurant, 5419 Chapel Hill Blvd., Durham. New members are welcome.

Open mic

Historic Hillsborough walking tour

The Alliance for Historic Hillsborough offers a guided walking tour from 2-3 p.m. starting in the Hillsborough Visitors Center in the Alexander Dickson House, 150 E. King St. Tickets are free for kids under 12 and $4 for ages 12 and older. 919-732-7741.

Chapel Hill Farmers’ Market

The Chapel Hill Farmers’ Market is open from 9 a.m. to noon every Saturday at 201 S. Estes Drive.

Children’s Egg Hunt Celebration

The annual Children’s Egg Hunt Celebration for ages 2 to 10 will be from 9:30 a.m. to noon at Homestead Park, 100 Northern Park Drive, Chapel Hill. townofchapelhill.org/egghunt.
