CONGRESSIONAL HIGH SCHOOL ART COMPETITION: Members of the U.S. House of Representatives will hold an art competition for high school students. HILLSBOROUGH ARTS COUNCIL: The Hillsborough Arts Council is looking for submissions for art gallery exhibitions in 2014 and 2015.
