‘THE WHITE SNAKE’: The C.G. Jung Society of the Triangle will host Jane Hauser as she presents “The White Snake,” a Jungian take on a Brothers Grimm fairy tale, at 7:30 p.m. Friday, June 6, at Binkley Baptist Church, 1712 Willow Drive, Chapel Hill. APPRENTICESHIP: The Town of Carrboro offers a $1,000 award to help a young artist participate in a summer apprenticeship. Applicants must live in Carrboro, have secured an apprenticeship with a Carrboro artist or arts organization, and work in the apprenticeship for at least 15 hours a week for at least 10 weeks. Applicants must be high school juniors or seniors, college students or graduates who have graduated within the past year. Apply with a complete application and two letters of reference by 5 p.m. Tuesday, June 10, at townofcarrboro.org/advboards/art.
