Harold K. Jordan & Co. has announced the opening of The Arbors at East Village.
The 192-unit rental property features a resort-style saltwater pool, a clubhouse with demonstration kitchen, a billiards room, lounge, computer center, fitness center, fenced-in dog run, garages with automatic roll-up doors, granite countertops, kitchen islands and nine-foot ceilings. Rents range from $865 to $1,150 for one-, two- and three-bedroom units.
The developers were Taft Family Offices and UHF Development Group. Planworx was the architect, and the general contractor was Harold K. Jordan & Co.
