You can’t trust the media
Congratulations to the Clayton News-Star, which in typical media fashion blew the animal-services discussion of the Archer Lodge council meeting out of proportion.
The report in the April 19 edition made it seem like an angry and aggressive debate, when in fact it was calm and respectful.
In order to turn a non-story into a story, my comments were taken out of context, which made me look like an angry and crazy neighbor running around the neighborhood with my gun looking to shoot any animal at large.
Never miss a local story.
Shame on reporter Nash Dunn for the disrespect he showed a citizen of the community and shame on editor Scott Bolejack for thinking they needed to use me as “an example” to get a story worth reading.
It just goes to show you cannot trust the media at any level to accurately report the news. Spin seems to be what is most important to them no matter what the cost.
