Northern High School’s class of 1965’s 50th reunion social is 6-11 p.m. Friday at Pomodoro Italian Kitchen, 1811 Hillandale Road. The tour of the school will start at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the principal’s office, 117 Tom Wilkinson Road. The reunion party will be 6-11 p.m. Saturday at Croasdaile Country Club, 3800 Farm Gate Ave.
Young Adult Book Club
The Regulator’s book club for people of all ages who read the young adult genre will meet to talk about “My Super Sweet Sixteenth Century” by Rachel Harris at 6 p.m. at 720 Ninth St.
The Orange Durham Americans United for Separation of Church and State will host Matthew Stewart, author of “Nature’s God: The Heretical Origins of the American Republic,” at 7 p.m. at Eno River Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 4907 Garrett Road. The event is free and open to the public.
