Reid Wilson, PhD, of Chapel Hill, was recently presented the Jerilyn Ross Clinician Advocate award. The award is the highest award given in the field of anxiety disorders. Reid has worked since he was 16 to better the lives of those experiencing such disorders. His contributions include serving as chair of ADAA’s National Conference on Anxiety Disorders in 1988, 1990 and 1991, and creating www.Anxieties.com, the largest free self-help site for anxiety on the Internet.
