Art with the Experts: ‘Area 919’
Jessica Kay Ruhle of the Nasher Museum of Art at Duke University will speak about the exhibition “Area 919: Artists in the Triangle” at 7 p.m. at the Main Library, 300 N. Roxboro St.

Blue Devils Toastmasters
The Blue Devils Toastmasters Club meets from noon to 1 p.m. the first and third Friday of every month in Room 203 of the Duke Human Resources Building, 705 Broad St. The club focuses on improving public speaking, communication and leadership skills.
