If you received a curriculum certificate, degree, or diploma, GED credential or adult high school diploma, or graduated from Johnston Community College with a certificate in Biowork, EMS, Fire 1 or 2, Nursing Assistant 1 or 2, or Phlebotomy, you could be eligible to receive a scholarship to come back to class.

Scholarships will pay for tuition for up to three curriculum hours, including student fees or one continuing education class, including student fees. Books and course materials are not covered through the scholarship.

To apply for the Back to Class scholarship opportunity, alumni must attend the registration session from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, July 24, at the Learning Resource Center on the main campus.

Interested alumni should register for this session by contacting the Foundation Office at 919-209-2222.
