▪ The Mount Moriah Baptist Church sanctuary choir and orchestra will present their annual Christmas cantata on Friday, Dec. 16 and Sunday, Dec. 18, with both performances starting at 7 p.m. The 40-member choir and 18-piece orchestra will perform Joseph M. ▪ The Mt. Pleasant Choir will present the Christmas cantata “The Love of God at Christmas” at 6 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 11. Mt. Pleasant is located at 8001 Mt. Pleasant Church Road, Willow Spring.
▪ Grace Episcopal Church in Clayton has several holiday events planned. There will be Advent Lessons and Carols at 10:30 a.m., Sunday, Dec. 11, The church will host a Christmas pageant at 10:30 a.m., Sunday, Dec. 18. On Christmas Eve, the church will host a Christmas carol singing beginning at 7 p.m. followed by a Christmas Communion service at 7:30. All events will be held at the church, at 111 E. Lee Court, Clayton.
