Woman’s Club of Raleigh donates $23K to Pretty in Pink
The Woman’s Club of Raleigh gave $23,000 to the Pretty in Pink Foundation at the club’s meeting May 20. The Woman’s Club has contributed $33,000 to the foundation during the past two years through its two antique shows and fall fashion show luncheon with Saks Fifth Avenue. Women’s Club of Raleigh installs new officers
The Woman’s Club of Raleigh installed new officers at its May 9 meeting. The following new officers were installed: Barb Hocutt, president; Carol Cato, first vice president; Frances Lewis, second vice president; Rita Roberson, third vice president; Mary Alice Linhardt, treasurer; Mary Beth Brown, assistant treasurer; and Jeannine Roberts, parliamentarian.
