Carolina Classics at the Capital, a family-friendly car show by GEICO, will be held from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 16, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 17., at the Raleigh Convention Center, 500 S. Salisbury St., Raleigh. Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for children 7 to 12, and free for children 6 and under. $2 discounts for seniors and active or retired military. High school reunion
Members of the first class to graduate from Enloe High School will hold their 50th Reunion from 6 to 11 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 4, at the North Raleigh Hilton, 3415 Wake Forest Road, Raleigh.
Celebration of the reunion will begin with a tour of Enloe and a presentation of a plaque bearing the names of all 165 graduates to Enloe’s principal, Scott Lyons.

For more information, call 919-807-7992.• Noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 13: History á la Carte will feature Lindsey A. Lambert, executive director of the N.C. Pottery Center in Seagrove. Lambert will talk about the role of the center in sharing one of the state’s most enduring traditions and then discuss N.C.’s face jug tradition and its origins.
• 10 to 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 14, 21 and 28: Storyime in the Gallery will feature a guided tour of one of the galleries. Ages 3 and up with adult.
• 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 16: Join the museum’s garden staff for an informal tour of the “History of the Harvest” exhibit along Bicentennial Plaza.
