Wake Forest Singers
The Wake Forest Singers will present “Dance Dance Dance” at 5 p.m. Sunday, April 12, at the Wake Forest Renaissance Centre, 405 S. Brooks St., Wake Forest. The Broughton High School Dance Company and Dance Ensemble will be the guest performers. Tickets are $6 and can be purchased at the door or online at wakeforestrencen.org. There is no charge for children 10 and younger.
Free Spirits Ensemble
The Free Spirits Ensemble of the Raleigh Symphony Orchestra will present “Back by Popular Demand” at 7:30 p.m. Friday, April 17, at the Wake Forest Renaissance Centre, 405 S. Brooks St., Wake Forest. Tickets are $12 for adults, $10 for students and seniors. Children ages 12 and younger are admitted for free.

Hillsborough Street art
The city of Raleigh will host two public engagement meetings to discuss public art for Hillsborough Street:
▪ 6 p.m. Thursday, April 23, at the Hillsborough Street Community Services Corp., 2416 Hillsborough St.
▪ 11 a.m. Friday, April 24, at Pullen Arts Center, 105 Pullen Road.
Residents are invited to bring photos, clippings, and stories about Hillsborough Street that could be integrated into the concept designs. Project artists David Dahlquist and Justin Platts of RDG Dahlquist Art Studio will be on hand to discuss their previous projects and answer questions.
Watercolor artist Cady Driver will offer the workshop “Where Color & Light Collide: Painting Glass with Watercolor” from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, April 25, at Art Bar, 6109 Maddry Oaks Court, Raleigh. Six Sundays in Spring
