Arts Notes: Jan. 5

The Johnston County Arts Council is calling on adult artists to enter the fifth annual Johnston County Art and Food Festival. Artists may download the prospectus at jcartscouncil.org. Click on Events Calendar, then Painting and Photography. In each category, the show will pay $200 for first place, $100 for second and $50 for third. The Best of Show winner will receive $350.
