Police charged a Cary teen with five felony counts of secret peeping after they say he used a cellphone to secretly shoot video under the skirts of four women.
Bradley Gray Hoffman, 17, was charged by Apex police. He also is accused of possessing an image from secret peeping.
Hoffman is suspected of shooting the video in a Target store in Apex between May 6 and May 8, according to police Capt. Ann Stephens.
The teenager was arrested at the Wake County Detention Center at 11 a.m. and left at about 12:30 p.m., according to county records. Records did not show whether he was required to post bail.
