Call for artists
The Cary Photographic Artists are looking for entries for the seventh annual open juried photographic exhibition from Monday, Oct. 27, through Friday, Dec. 19, at the Cary Senior Center, 120 Maury Odell Place. Art exhibit and sale
Draft Line Brewing will host an art exhibit and sale from 1-8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, at 341 Broad St., suite 151, Fuquay-Varina. Artists are invited to participate with a $60 entry fee by Friday, Oct. 3. Artists will need to bring their own tables and chairs, and 25 booth spaces are available. All entry fees will be given to the Pretty in Pink Foundation, an organization that supports breast cancer patients. Apex Jazz & Music Festival

Artists must be 18 or older, and there is a $5 fee for each entrant. Artwork will be on display from Friday, Oct. 10, through Friday, Nov. 21, with an opening reception from 6-8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 10.
