Missing in action

Thank you for the excellent article about Cary resident Cliff Teague and the discovery of the remains of his World War I MIA relative, Clifford Abraham Neelands.

My own uncle, 1st Lt. Irwin Zaetz, was a World War II MIA whose plane disappeared over the Indian Himalayas in 1944, in a region now known as Arunachal Pradesh. His crash site was finally discovered in 2006, but the U.S. and Indian governments have still not cooperated to the degree necessary to allow recovery operations, suspended at the beginning of 2010, to be resumed there.
