Durham DA clears NCCU police in killing of man who shot at them

The Durham district attorney has ruled that there is no reason to charge North Carolina Central University police officers with any crime for killing 22-year-old Tracy Bost of Salisbury on the campus last September after he had twice fire a shotgun at them.
