Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a teenage girl who has not been seen by her family since late last month.
Investigators do not think foul play is involved in the teen’s disappearance, police spokesman Jim Sughrue reported early Friday night.
Jaden Zatorria McLeod, 15, who also goes by the name Tori Barfield, was last seen Nov. 29 at about 4:30 p.m., Sughrue reported.
The child’s family members said she left home in the 3600 block of Morman Springs Lane to go for a walk.
McLeod is the subject of a Silver Alert. She has cognitive impairments and takes medications that she does not have with her.
McLeod was wearing a purple short-sleeve shirt, blue jeans and black ankle boots. She stands about 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs about 145 pounds.
Police ask that anyone who knows of McLeod's whereabouts or who has seen her since the afternoon of Nov. 29 to call 911.
