UNC emeritus planning professor David Godschalk will speak about the growth challenges facing Raleigh and Wake County at the annual meeting of WakeUP Wake County on Thursday.
Godschalk will speak about planning for growth in a way that ensures a high quality of life for a changing population, while creating prosperity and strong neighborhoods. The meeting, which is free and open to the public, begins at 7 p.m. at the Glenwood Club, 3300 Woman’s Club Dr. in Raleigh.
