Raleigh man arrested on drug trafficking charges

A Raleigh man was arrested Saturday on drug trafficking charges, including possession of 160 pounds of marijuana and 10 grams of hydrocodone.

Raleigh police charged Nathan Wesley Anthony Fields, 32, of 6616 Lynndale Drive, with one count each of trafficking in marijuana, trafficking in opium or heroin and maintaining a dwelling place with controlled dangerous substances.

Fields is being held at the Wake County jail on a $1 million secured bond.
