Victor Arroyo, the Raleigh man accused of kidnapping and raping a middle school student from Baltimore County, Md., communicated online with the girl before abducting her, according to agents with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Police have charged Arroyo, 32, of 1328 Greenbranch Lane in Raleigh with first-degree kidnapping and rape. He also faces a federal charge of transporting a minor across state lines.
On Nov. 11, the child’s mother called police in Baltimore County to report that her 12-year-old daughter was missing. The woman told police that her daughter left home at 7:15 a.m. with her backpack en route to school, according to a search warrant application.
The woman told police the girl did not make it to school. Several neighbors told investigators they saw an unfamiliar blue pickup truck with North Carolina license plates near the girl’s home earlier that day, according to the warrant.
Never miss a local story.
The girl’s parents gave law enforcement officials a laptop computer and Xbox 360 she had used. Federal agents were able to determine the girl’s online name was “Blazeen Bomb911,” according to the search warrant.
Three days after the girl disappeared, investigators reviewed messages sent to and from the Blazeen Bomb911 account over the previous 30 days. They think she communicated with someone via a chat service about leaving home and told a friend about it during an online chat session on Oct. 17.
According to the warrant, the conversation went like this:
Blazeen Bomb911: im leaving
Other User: wat do u mean
Blazeen Bomb911: im leaving this friday and im going to live with some guy
Other User: oh =(
Blazeen Bomb911: im running away with him
Other User: your just leaving me like that
Blazeen Bomb911: its for the best babe
Other User: WAT BEST!!!, u said that u will never leave my side and I will never leave your, now look your leaving me

Blazeen Bomb911: um vyea i told him where i live
Other User: y?
Other User: *put arm around u*
Blazeen Bomb911: he know my address
Other User: did u tell your mom?
The girl told her friend she did not tell her mother because she did not have permission to use an online chat service, according to the search warrant.
Investigators say they found the girl Friday night about 10 p.m. at Arroyo’s home. The girl told the agents she was walking to Perry Hale Middle School in Baltimore when Arroyo picked her up in a blue Chevrolet pickup truck and drove her to his home on Greenbranch Lane in Raleigh.
Agents say Arroyo had “non-consensual sex” with the girl twice on Thursday, according to the search warrant.
FBI agents searched Arroyo’s home Saturday. The officers recovered three mobile phones, an Apple iPod, sheets from a bed, four pillows and a blanket, according to the search warrant.
Arroyo remained in the Wake County jail Tuesday in lieu of $1.52 million bail. Federal immigration officials have placed a detainer on Arroyo, a native of Mexico, because they think he may be in the country illegally.
