U.S. marshals Wednesday arrested the second of three men accused of murder in the April 4 shooting death of a man found outside an apartment in the 4800 block of University Drive, police said.
A spokeswoman said a marshals task force that tracks down violent fugitives caught up with Anthony Dashaun Terry, 21, in the 2300 block of Taylor Street.
Terry is accused of murder in the death of Spencer Garrett Harrison, 21.
Officers found Harrison wounded about 4:30 a.m. outside the apartment. He died that afternoon.
On April 18, police arrested Nathaniel Antonio Nelson, 26, of Durham on a murder charge.
Nine days later, they swore out arrest warrants accusing Terry and Dominique La’Ron Percell of murder,
Percell remained at large Wednesday, police said.
