Arsenio Jamal Lamberth, wanted for murder in the killing of a woman who was walking past a robbery scene on Holloway Street in February, was arrested in Kinston on Tuesday evening, police reported.
Lamberth, 23, of Durham is charged with murder and other felonies, police spokeswoman Kammie Michael said.
Lamberth’s brother, Dominique Zavier Lamberth, 21, was arrested in March.
The brothers are charged in the Feb. 26 death of Kourtney Krista Dawson, 25, who happened to be on Holloway Street near North Guthrie Avenue at the time police said the Lamberths were robbing a man of $20.
As the victim of the robbery drove away, police say, the brothers shot at his car, and a bullet hit Dawson.
