Masaya Tanabe, 19, was arrested on felony marijuana and cocaine charges Thursday night, 13 days after police charged him with manufacturing hash oil.
Tanabe was arrested at a townhouse at 5024 Celtic Court along with Eric Dejon Keaton, 20, on charges of possession of 394 grams (about 14 ounces) of marijuana with intent to sell it and maintaining the townhouse as a place to keep and sell drugs.
Tanabe was also charged with possession with intent to sell another 116 grams of marijuana and with using a 2002 Toyota Camry to keep and sell drugs.
Police added a fifth charge of having just under 14 grams of cocaine with intent to sell that.
Tanabe was arrested early in the morning of Feb. 6 and charged with manufacturing a marijuana hashish derivative known as butane honey and having that and some of the necessary manufacturing hardware in his car.
In that arrest and in drug arrests in August, June and March of 2014, Tanabe was listed as living at a house Carrboro.
Thursday, he gave the townhouse as his address when booked on the charges, records showed. Keaton was listed as living at 5700 Oak Meadow Lane in Raleigh.
Keaton was held in lieu of $10,000 bail.
Tanabe’s bail was set at $35,000, double what a magistrate set after his arrest two weeks ago.
Both were due in court Friday.
