A man arrested in May on a charge that he took pictures under a woman's skirt in a store was charged with doing that again Tuesday at a Walmart store.
Andre Antonio Longmire, 30, was free on bail from the first arrest when police stopped him about 8:15 p.m. on a street corner behind the Walmart at 1725 New Hope Church Road, according to arrest records.
They charged him with felony secret peeping, saying in arrest papers that Longmire used a cell phone to take a picture of a girl under or through her clothing.
Police said they did not know who the girl was.
Never miss a local story.
Longmire, who is listed as living on Bunnalley Court, also was charged with second-degree trespass because a Walmart manager had told him to stay away from the store.
Longmire had not been able to post bail, which this time was $28,000, by Wednesday morning.
Police said in late May that they found Longmire thanks to tips they received after they released a surveillance photo and brief description of the suspect in an peeping incident at a store in Triangle Town Center.
