A father was charged with felony child abuse Sunday because, Raleigh police said, he broke his 6-week-old son's arm and three of his ribs.
Police questioned Jeremy Isaac Beasley, 29, of 7809 Hemlock Court, then charged him in an arrest warrant with one count of intentional child abuse inflicting serious injury.
The warrant said that the baby had three broken ribs and a broken humerus bone in his right arm.
Police said the incident happened Sunday.
Beasley was released on $75,000 bail pending a Monday court appearance.
The incident was classified as domestic violence.
