A man stole a total of 41 Michael Kors watches from the same Cameron Village jeweler in February and August and pawned some of them for $40 each in the winter and $20 each this summer, according to arrest warrants police served when they arrested him Monday afternoon outside a Wake County courtroom.
William Clifton-Carroll Bullock, 35, had been arrested in April on a misdemeanor larceny charge.
When Bullock, who lives at 3702 Carnegie Lane in Raleigh, finished court business Monday, officers charged him with two counts of felony larceny and two counts of obtaining property by false pretenses.
One of the arrest warrants accused Bullock of taking 22 of the watches, valued at about $265 each, from Bailey’s Fine Jewelry on Daniels Street on Feb 1. It also charged him with pawning two of them at a Picasso Pawn shop on Capital Boulevard for $80.

The second warrant accused Bullock of stealing 19 watches on Aug. 24 and pawning four of them for $80 at a different Picasso Pawn branch.
Bullock was held on $20,000 bail and was due back in court Tuesday on the new charges.
