Police on Thursday charged a Wake County man with assault with intent to kill in the shooting late Wednesday of a man on Pebble Beach Drive.
The man was found in the 4900 block of the street with a stomach wound, and police later charged Reginald Luvelle Moseley Jr., 25, of 1401 Bethel Road with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury. They also charged him with felony conspiracy and gun possession by a felon.
Also arrested Thursday morning was Racquel Chasaty Amerson, 23, who is listed in records as living at the same address as Mosley. She was charged with felony conspiracy and misdemeanor assault.
Police have not disclosed details about the case.

Mosley and Amerson were being held without bail.
Mosley was already slated for a court appearance Thursday on an earlier charge of misdemeanor marijuana possession. He and Amerson have several court appearances scheduled this month and in February on other charges, mostly traffic offenses.
