Police have appealed to the public to help them identify two men who held up a convenience store on Morehead Avenue on New Year's Eve and may have hit the same store about five weeks earlier.
The pair went into the Morehead Mini Mart about 9 p.m. on Dec. 31 and displayed a revolver that can be seen clearly in security pictures from the store.
The two took off with cash. Investigators are looking at the two as possible suspects in a similar robbery at the store on Nov. 23, police spokeswoman Kammie Michael said.
The men were believed to be Hispanic and in their late teens or early 20s, a statement from police said.
