A Youngsville man accused of stealing three televisions from a Wake Forest Walmart faces an additional charge for emitting a “bodily fluid” at a jail officer while he was being processed, according to a Wake sheriff’s report.
The bail bond for Jonathan Lee Jackson, 33, was upped from $10,000 to $50,000. He is scheduled to appear in Wake District Court at 9 a.m. Monday.
Wake Forest police arrested Jackson on Saturday and accused him two counts of felony larceny related to the theft of three televisions from the Walmart that had a combined value of $1,495. A jail officer was assisting Jackson in changing into jail clothes when he emitted the bodily fluid at the officer, the sheriff’s report said.
That brought Jackson a third felony charge of malicious conduct by a prisoner.
