A Raleigh man is accused of breaking into a Duraleigh Road restaurant and stealing its cash register and money, then doing the same thing at the same business five days later.
Martik Elect Winston, 31, of 420 Woods of North Bend Drive, was charged with felony breaking and entering and felony larceny for a theft June 1 at Chinatown Express at 5800 Duraleigh Road, an arrest warrant said.
A second warrant accused Winston of breaking into the restaurant again on June 6 and taking a cash register and money.
A third charge accused Winston of felony breaking and entering and felony larceny in connection with a theft of cash from a Papa Johns restaurant on June 9.

Detectives were continuing their investigation and were filing more charges against Winston on Monday.
Winston was held in lieu of $30,000 after police arrested him Sunday evening at a Taco Bell restaurant on Glenwood Avenue. He was to appear before a judge Monday.
