A Knightdale man was arrested Sunday on charges of cocaine trafficking and using a 2008 Toyota to keep and sell drugs.
Police filed the charges against Federico Virgilio Pinnock Jr., 35, of 325 Railroad St.
An arrest warrant accused Pinnock of having between 28 and 200 grams of cocaine, which is one of the ranges that state law uses to set a felony level within the charge of trafficking.
A magistrate set Pinnock’s bail at $200,000 while noting that he has felony drug convictions, most of them involving cocaine, dating to a felony conviction in 2000.
Never miss a local story.
Pinnock was to appear before a judge on Monday.
