Wake County Superintendent Jim Merrill compares suspension rate to Charlotte

With some critics pointing to the increase this past school year in the number of short-term suspensions, Wake County Superintendent Jim Merrill says it has to be put in perspective to how the district has far fewer suspensions than Charlotte-Mecklenburg.
