Development plan will get hearing

CARRBORO -- The town will hold a public hearing Sept. 25 on whether to grant a permit to a commercial development proposed at 609 N.C. 54 West.

The first building is an existing one-story masonry building measuring 3,278 square feet. The second would be a 3,000-square-foot metal prefabricated structure.

Shops or offices would go in the proposed projects.

The hearing will be at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall, 301 W. Main St.
