Stein fundraiser is who’s who of Democratic politics

State Sen. Josh Stein, the Democratic whip from Raleigh, is having a big fund raiser on Wednesday that will include some major Democratic players.

The event will be held at the Cary home of John and Ginger Sall. Sall is the co-founder of SAS, the Cary software company.

Those attending the event include: Dean Debnam, founder of Public Policy Polling; John Replogle, CEO of Seventh Generation; attorney Robert Zaytoun; Ann and John Campbell, pharmaceutical industry consultants; Capstrat’s Ken Eudy; Raleigh Mayor Nancy McFarlane; Frank Daniels, the former publisher of The News and Observer; public relations executive Joyce Fitzpatrick; Barbara and Jim Goodmon, CEO of Capitol Broadcasting; real estate developer Greg Hatem; attorney David Kirby; Raleigh City Councilman Russ Stephenson, former state Rep. Jennifer Weiss, and former Raleigh Mayor Smedes York.
