A final batch of commercials criticizing three state senators for their support of fracking hit televisions this week.

The spots from the North Carolina Environmental Partnership started in late March and labeled Republican Sens. Chad Barefoot, Wesley Meredith and Ronald Rabin the “fracking crew.”

The latest two 30-second spots feature a Pennsylvania nurse practitioner who talks about children in schools complaining of ailments possibly related to nearby fracking sites and air toxins from the operations. See one below and the other here.

The organization would not say how much is behind the final ad buy but said both are running through Monday in the Raleigh TV market.
