WAKE WILL UNFURL REASSIGNMENT DRAFT
Wake school administrators are planning to release the draft multi-year student reassignment plan online Saturday morning. For the first time, it will list possible assignments for the next three years. That means it will easily involve more than 10,000 students.

A RELIABLE RUN FOR 25 YEARS
Sunday is the 25th Annual Old Reliable Run to benefit the Triangle United Way. The Old Reliable Run is the longest-running 10K in North Carolina, attracting more than 2,500 participants and nearly 2,000 spectators to downtown Raleigh.
