Police trying to ID robber

RALEIGH -- Raleigh police are seeking help to identify a robbery suspect caught on surveillance photos.

The Fashion Boulevard store, at 1600-117 Ronald Drive off Wake Forest Road, was robbed about 2:30 this afternoon.

The suspect had a knife and was wearing a dark jacket and blue jeans with a large bird design on the back. He is about 5-foot-8 with a slender build, police said in a news release.

Anyone with information is asked to call detectives at 919-996-3555.
