DURHAM -- Two carjacking suspects, one of whom fled police while they pointed their guns at him, remained in the Durham County jail Saturday.

Michael Richardson, 17, of Obsidian Way and Terrell Javon Ray, 18, of 26th Street in Butner, are charged with possession of a stolen Ford F150.

Richardson is also charged with resisting arrest; Ray has an additional drug possession charge.

The truck was taken from a Raleigh business Wednesday after a masked man demanded the victim's wallet and cell phone.

A Durham officer spotted the vehicle in eastern Durham early Friday afternoon and followed it to Obsidian Way, where he and other officers pulled it over. Richardson then ran 2 1/2 blocks to his home, where he surrendered minutes later.
