RALEIGH - Raleigh police say a shooting Saturday that killed two people and injured two others occurred at a brothel.
Police also today identified those killed as Marco Antonio Alvarez-Martinez, 19 and Gregorio Lopez-Estrada, 23.
Wounded were Aquillino Padilla-Meza, 26, and Angelica Avendano-Pereda, 20.
The shootings took place at 316 Sunnybrook Road, a small, white-frame house set well back from the road. Police spokesman Jim Sughrue said in a statement issued today that the residence was operating as a brothel.
No arrests have been made in the case, but on Sunday, police said they were searching for two men in connection with the shooting and released descriptions of them.
The first man was described as a Hispanic man in his mid-20s, about 5 feet, 6 inches tall, with a light complexion and a thin build. He has short, curly hair and is clean-shaven. He was wearing a white T-shirt and jeans. His clothing was described as "very clean," according to the news release.
The second suspect was described as a Hispanic man in his mid to late 20s. He is also about 5 feet, 6 inches, tall, has a dark complexion and weighs about 150 to 160 pounds. He has short, curly hair and is clean-shaven. He was wearing a black polo-style shirt with yellow horizontal stripes, according to police.
The suspects fled the scene in a dark blue minivan that was thought to be a late-1990s model with untinted or lightly tinted windows, police said.
